How to make an appointment ?
The day of the consultation
If you do not have a recent X-ray (less than 6 months) of your shoulder/elbow, this will be done before your consultation
This X-ray is a simple and inexpensive imaging technique with minimal radiation, which will provide a wealth of information of your anatomy. Combined with a good clinical examination, it can contribute to making a clear and accurate diagnosis.
On the day of your consultation, you will be greeted by Dr. Cunningham’s secretary who will verify that you have all of your documents and will assist you with your registration.
