Tous les patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9s par le m\u00eame chirurgien, avec un suivi minimum de 2 ans. La base de donn\u00e9es des patients comprenait des mesures pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoires et des mesures de r\u00e9sultats, telles que la douleur, l&rsquo;amplitude des mouvements et notamment les scores postop\u00e9ratoires ASES et SANE. Tout patient dont les donn\u00e9es \u00e9taient incompl\u00e8tes a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats : <\/strong>Trois groupes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s : r\u00e9paration primaire de la coiffe des rotateurs (n = 135), r\u00e9vision de la coiffe des rotateurs (n = 73) et r\u00e9paration SLAP (n = 54). Les scores moyens globaux ASES et SANE apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration \u00e9taient respectivement de 82,7 (\u00b1 20,2) et 83,3 (\u00b1 19,6). Le coefficient de corr\u00e9lation de Pearson (r) entre les deux scores \u00e9tait de 0,8 (P &lt;.001), d\u00e9montrant une tr\u00e8s bonne corr\u00e9lation. Dans l&rsquo;analyse des sous-groupes, la corr\u00e9lation \u00e9tait la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le groupe de r\u00e9vision du brassard (r = 0,88 ; P &lt;.001), suivi du groupe SLAP (r = 0,78 ; P &lt;.001) et du groupe brassard primaire (r = 0,75 ; P &lt;.001).   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Conclusions : <\/strong>Cette \u00e9tude montre qu&rsquo;il existe une corr\u00e9lation significative entre les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation postop\u00e9ratoire SANE et ASES dans les r\u00e9parations de la coiffe des rotateurs et du SLAP.
