La chirurgie corrige l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule au niveau physique, mais une nouvelle luxation au cours de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e est assez fr\u00e9quente. Il est donc crucial de pr\u00e9dire quel patient sera susceptible de subir une nouvelle luxation. Nous avons \u00e9mis l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se que l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 neuronale au d\u00e9but et au cours du suivi est le facteur cl\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9dire le r\u00e9sultat post-op\u00e9ratoire. 13 patients (30,03 \u00b1 7,64 ans) souffrant d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule ont subi un examen clinique et un examen IRMf avant et un an apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de la luxation de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule, en comparant des vid\u00e9os de rep\u00e8res d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hension et des vid\u00e9os de contr\u00f4le. Les analyses de donn\u00e9es comprenaient un mod\u00e8le lin\u00e9aire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (GLM) li\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e2che et des corr\u00e9lations entre les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;imagerie et les scores cliniques. L&rsquo;examen clinique a montr\u00e9 une diminution de la douleur et une augmentation des fonctions de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule pour la p\u00e9riode post-op\u00e9ratoire par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9-op\u00e9ratoire. De mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente, les r\u00e9sultats du GLM montrent une diminution de l&rsquo;activation du cortex pr\u00e9-moteur gauche pour la p\u00e9riode postop\u00e9ratoire par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoire. L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du p\u00f4le frontal droit et du cortex occipital droit pr\u00e9dit une bonne r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule mesur\u00e9e par le STT. Nos r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent qu&rsquo;en plus des changements physiques, des changements au niveau du cerveau se produisent \u00e9galement un an apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration.
