Epub 2017 Sep 5.   <\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Co-auteurs :<\/strong> Tirefort J, <a href=\"https:\/\/cepco.ch\/biography-of-dr-gregory-cunningham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cunningham G<\/a>, L\u00e4dermann A.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Introduction : <\/strong> La rupture \u00ab\u00a0Fosbury flop\u00a0\u00bb est une avulsion de la coiffe des rotateurs post\u00e9ro-sup\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;os avec une cicatrisation invers\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la bourse m\u00e9diale. Ce cas d\u00e9crit une variante unique de la rupture de Fosbury avec une l\u00e9sion de la jonction musculo-tendineuse qui a cicatris\u00e9, pour sa partie tendineuse, sur l&rsquo;hum\u00e9rus ant\u00e9rieur et l&rsquo;apophyse coraco\u00efde. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation du cas : <\/strong>Un homme de 62 ans a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une \u00e9paule douloureuse post-traumatique avec une perte active de l&rsquo;amplitude des mouvements. L&rsquo;arthrographie par r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique a mis en \u00e9vidence une l\u00e9sion de la jonction musculo-tendineuse du supra-\u00e9pineux avec cicatrisation du tendon sur les structures susmentionn\u00e9es (flop de Fosbury invers\u00e9). Lors du bilan arthroscopique, la r\u00e9paration tendineuse n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible et un d\u00e9bridement pour \u00e9viter le conflit sous-acromial et ant\u00e9rieur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une t\u00e9notomie de la longue t\u00eate du biceps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Un an apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, le patient avait une amplitude de mouvement compl\u00e8te et \u00e9tait satisfait des r\u00e9sultats cliniques.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Discussion et conclusion : <\/strong>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de d\u00e9chirures de Fosbury.
