Bien que la th\u00e9rapie par PRP soit apparue comme une option prometteuse pour augmenter la gu\u00e9rison biologique de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule, la complexit\u00e9 des troubles de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule fait qu&rsquo;il est difficile de tirer des conclusions d\u00e9finitives sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du PRP dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions et \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de la maladie. Notre examen complet de vingt-quatre \u00e9tudes met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel de la th\u00e9rapie PRP dans les pathologies de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de nombre de patients, de groupes de contr\u00f4le et de r\u00e9sultats. Malgr\u00e9 ces difficult\u00e9s, le potentiel r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de la th\u00e9rapie PRP est mod\u00e9r\u00e9 dans certaines conditions, et de nombreuses \u00e9tudes en d\u00e9montrent les effets positifs. En conclusion, les auteurs de cette \u00e9tude recommandent l&rsquo;utilisation de la th\u00e9rapie par PRP pour la capsulite adh\u00e9sive et la r\u00e9paration de la coiffe des rotateurs dans le cas de d\u00e9chirures moyennes \u00e0 larges. Cependant, ils ne recommandent pas l&rsquo;utilisation du PRP pour le conflit sous-acromial ou les ruptures de la coiffe des rotateurs. Il appartient au clinicien de d\u00e9cider si la th\u00e9rapie par PRP est appropri\u00e9e pour des cas individuels. Cependant, les preuves sont encore insuffisantes pour justifier l&rsquo;inclusion de la th\u00e9rapie par PRP dans les protocoles de traitement d&rsquo;autres troubles de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule.
