We communicate a lot to share our feedback and experience from the field, to potentially adapt our treatments. Physicians work \u201chand in hand\u201d with teams of multidisciplinary specialists and centers of orthopedics and radiology.\nThey share a common vision of dealing with trauma and disorders. When asked about his follow-up by the medical staff of the clinic, Goran Bezina praises and particularly appreciated this relay between doctors: \u201cI saw Gregory three times after the operation, especially for he made sure of the good progress of my rehabilitation, and in parallel, I was followed by Jacques. It is very appreciable and much simpler that both practice in the same clinic, the message passes faster. As a surgeon, I intervened with the reeducators to define and validate the stages of rehabilitation: in the case of Goran, to find\nthe extension of the elbow first then the strength of the biceps through muscle toning sessions.
